Questions about credits
How are credits spent?
By the second of finished video: a trend video takes 10 credits a second, so a 15-second trend is 150 credits. Text-to-video and image-to-video depend on the model, the length and the quality. The button shows the exact amount before you start, and that is all a video costs.
Which pack should I get?
Starter makes one trend video, enough to try it. Creator makes three to five and is what most people pick. Pro and Studio are for making many: the bigger the pack, the less each second of video costs.
What if a video fails?
If a render fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You only pay for videos you get.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time card payment through our payment provider's secure checkout. Nothing renews, and credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a finished video are not refundable; if a video is clearly broken, write to us and we will look at it. See the refund policy for details.
Is there a watermark?
No. Videos you make here come without our watermark, ready to post.
